someone found a way / URL how to signup as affil for this popular site? i found many people promoting it ( /?aid=XXXX ), but I don't see the option to register there. thx

I don't think they have any affiliate program (that's open to the public anyway).

The site's been around awhile, and if you don't recognize the Cybertania, Inc. name in the TOS, that's Leonid (Leo) Radvinsky's company, and they were sued by Amazon.com and by Microsoft for spamming, spoofing, and phishing scams.
