Aside from your horrendous English, I don't think you're going to find a lot of help getting a free video service off the ground from a bunch of Link List & TGP submitting webmasters, as it's a side of the industry that, unless you have your own paysites to promote, is useless to most of us.

You need to promote it yourself, and have people start posting themselves on vid. It sounds like you want to do a site like rude.com or something. Just figure out a way to do a database,etc. and go from there. That is the only thing that I can think of. You've got a lot of work ahead of you, so get ready. As far as free video content... don't ever try to get it, cause it's not going to happen.
