how much to pay a submitter?

So what is the average industry price to pay a submitter these days. I am looking at hiring two submitters but i have no idea what to pay them and what is normal.

hope you guys can help me out.

Figure out how long it'd take you to do it, apply an decent hourly rate & pay them a flat rate.

Crazy Carlos 2007-03-28 10:07 AM

well that sounds pretty easy lol but still.

Or maybe you can pay them with a set amount of traffic daily. I have done this before, but for reviewing, not submitting.

if your gonna pay somebody with money
your Way better off with a civilian, this way you wont have them listing stuff for themselves and their friends, they dont care if your submitters are using the same sponsors as them etc etc etc

The biggest problem with finding a good submitter is that he doesn't need you anymore after you have teached him how to do it.

hey carlos, the trick is to find a good submiter. dont be cheap and get happy because you saved 2-300 dollars and hired a begginer willing to larn LOL. hire a profesional. it can make the difference between success or failure. hire someone that knows the market and can help you invest your $ in bigeer sources.
i can give you some rates if you wish. ICQ me 152283013
