Again, my eyes popped open at 4:00 this morning. I have no idea why. I don't even know what he weather is like. Maybe just a quick nap :)

Good morning - about done with updates and scripts this morning - off to review reviews :) Then hopefully a nice sunny 85 deg to play outside all day - have fun!!!

Big thunderstorm here this AM, nice light show, lots of rain. Supposed to last another hour or so. Forecast high is in mid/upper 70's. Should make for a wonderfully humid day. Sauna anyone?

Good Morning.

Working on new stuff today, 2 new sites that will likely eat a lot of my time. Like I got extra time now, LOL.

Sitting here waiting for 12:00pm to come to see if the offer I put into a house gets accepted - This house has all the features I wanted, except its 33 years old and I did want a newer house.
I was so excited until my Mother called me and said dont buy it (called me right in the middle of signing the contract) *shrugs shoulders and shakes head* Of course a 33 year old house needs some work.. coats of paint and replacing carpets, few loose boards on the patio deck whoopie doo! And I put in the condition if the house Inspector finds too many things wrong I can back out of the contract.
But Mom has put this black cloud over me and now I am not as excited as I should be - On one hand I want the offer to be accepted and on the other hand I dont. I dont wanna be nagged by her if it is accepted and I dont wanna loose this fabulous house (which is a bargain at the price they are asking)

How many of you would listen to Mom or go with your decision? |confused|

I have been up since 8 or so & I would have been hear earlier, but let's just say that I had an issue in the bathroom & I had to play "Armageddon: The Home Game" :D

I feel like complete shit now & I think I'll be on the couch as soon as I get the important stuff done (like updating my links)

Go with your own decision!!!! If it is a good deal you can replace the carpets with hardwood, fix the deck and at some point have new windows and doors put in even. Go with what YOU like.

We just bought a house that is carpet all upstairs in the bedrooms and before we move in we're having them all ripped out and hardwood put in. Got a good deal on the house so we're happy.

Thanks for your replies .. and I got a call from the realtor, she said we have to wait till tomorrow, the seller had to go out of town (stall tactic?) But she did say it looks good for us.

Still havent heard from Mom since yesterdays "I can Still push your buttons" phone call lol Not sure if I want to call her or not.

I am going to keep trying for the house since it is the one I want - been looking for almost a year now (took a small break for 2 months) and this is the first one I felt good in. Quite frankly I am sick of looking - and what is with all these people who think PINK and PURPLE are great colors for the whole house? omg such bad taste (apologies to anyone out there who have a pink and/or purple interior) lmao

Well, I'm supposed to be helping my in-laws move into their new, yet unfinished, home, but I'm not feeling horribly motivated. I've been helping them with that place until almost midnight every night for the last week. I'm spent!

Speaking of houses. If my dog (cocksucker) is scratching himself in a bedroom at the front of the house, my monitor shakes in this room at the back of the house. Do you think that's bad? ;) Maybe this old house was built (over 100 years ago) with the same state-of-the-art technology used on long span bridges, which allows them to sway in the wind. Or maybe it's just a big piece of collapsing shit. Could go either way.

yeah yeah late here its 9:59 evening here and i am stuck with a bunch of teenagers because my daugther is having an horror movie eve at her room:) they have huge fun, my son doesnt find it very amusing at all, but he is only 10 years old, he hates the screaming of the girls, now my daughter just asked me if her friends could spent the night here....12 girls extra in da house...i asked her if she was braindead..NO WAY, out of my house at 10:30 i have a life too:D, i m stuck with the birds i gave them so now i have 2 young shitting birds on my head while i am typing this message. I know i am late, but late is better then never posting:D
