I usually use Kaktuson but he is tied up until July if you are familiar with PHP, MYSQL and CSS please hit me up

I can help you with the scripting aspect of it (PHP / MySQL), though I'm not the best designer (CSS).

Is the CSS more of touch up work or designing related? Also if you can PM me some details on the project it would be appreciated.
