What screen shot or partical screen shot program do you recommend?
 

What screen shot or partial screen shot program do you recommend? I'm currently using a try to buy software package. I totally love the ruler and color picker; however the capturing tool sucks!

Free is always good too!

I use gadwin print screen http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/

it's free and easy to use.

Just install it and hit print screen and it pops up a select box. You select what part of the screen you want to capture and it outputs it in the format of your choice.

A little piece of freeware called MovieSnapshot. I like that it lets you move frame-by-frame through the vids to get the best shot.
