Looking For Help Please
I am running a blog at http://www.onlyteensblog.com and it requires the wp-paginate plugin to show the side-bars (2 columns of sponsors and recips). However, I have noticed that every post shows on the front page depsite me changing the options in wordpress... I deactivated WP-Paginate and now I show 10 posts -- BUT -- the entire sidebar won't load.
I have re-activated the wp-paginate and uploaded another plugin called posts_per_page.php but I still cannot get a decent amount of posts to show on the front page, any advice would be appreciated....... http://www.scriptygoddess.com/downlo...aginate-v2.txt Plugin I am using.. PS It is a joint blog between myself and my husband. |
It looks ok to me.
I've never used any of those plugins I just go to Options+Reading Blog Pages Show at most: |

Not sure which version WP your using but it's very possible the plugin wont work on 2.1.x since it hasn't been updated in over 3 years.
If you remove this Code:
print_pg_navigation() ?> You'll have to check archive.php and single.php for the same command |

I was up late last night speaking to a guy on ICQ from Xlabor and I never got back on here till this morning but just to update and thank you for your advice.. Yes you were right, wp-paginate is not compatible with wordpress 2.1 and above. He told me to remove the same line and add | which works just fine now. |
Glad you got the problem solved.
