I'm a new webmaster just got my domain last month and my site is online and i have submitted a few free sites to the link lists. my main site is a link list consisting mostly of free hosted galleries. can you more experienced webmasters steer me in the right direction on how to increase my page rank is the a article or tutorial on this subject.

Fred, page rank is(basically) about content and incoming links.

eg:-Your site content and the people that link to it..

It is of course more complex than that.. but thats the place to start..

Thank you gentlemen for your responses I will check the links and see what i can find out . the getting links could be a problem why would anyone want to link to a site that has very little traffic. my free sites get some good traffic from the link lists and i have made a few sales but very few people find their way to the main site
