What exactly is a Hub?

I'm still a little unclear about what a Hub is and how it is used. Is it a repository of your freesites that were built on that domain, or is it a page to present more sponsor links, or a combination of both?

A hub can be anything you want. It can be a combination of both your freesites and sponsor links, hosted galleries or sites, blogs, etc...

Or it could list your own sites only. Many webmasters will niche out their hubs and eventually turn them into linklists. What I mean by niche out the hub is create pages per niche like "asians", "babes", "pornstars", "blondes", etc.. keeping all the content targeted to the niche.

Hope that helps some.

Thanks, this does help, it gives me some ideas on how I should set this up in the future. I didn't even think of turning it into a link list but this makes a lot of sense, I just have to make the freesites in as many niches as I can.:D

Hubs are your chance to be creative with pushing and pulling traffic without being forced to follow the submit rules. |virgohippy|
