Anyone Know What This Means?

I get this trying to access SilverCash:

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /index.mas.

Reason: Could not connect to remote machine: Connection refused
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Just a server glitch maybe? |confused|

Same for me, and it has been for a couple of hours now.
I have no idea what it means, but it'll be fixed soon I,m sure.

Yeah. I think some high traffic sites will use a local proxy setup in order to more easily distribute the load across different servers.
