If I make a FS with the word cumslut in the title, does it have to have cumshots/facials? or does a horny gal sucking count as a cumslut?

IMO I would say if you use the word cumslut in your title then a gal sucking a cock wouldn't really cut it. Just sucking is blowjob niche to me.

Check the Oxford English dictionary - if you can't find the word their then it doesn't exist and you maybe shouldn't use it.:D
