Good Chilly Monday Morning

Brrrrrr...Good Morning
Kind of a chilly morning but should be really warm later.

Greenie just called and for some reason, he and MML can't get to the board. I used to blame Adelphia but it looks like they just have really poor cable.

Anyway, a little running around and work today.

Yep, cool nights and warm days is exactly what Spring is supposed to be here.

terry 2007-05-14 08:35 AM

Nice chilly breeze here this morning but a warm afternoon is expected... then rain for the next 2 days.

Have a great day everyone!

Sarah_Jayne 2007-05-14 08:36 AM

It certainly is a chilly morning in London too...very rainy and very chilly. Sort of how people think London is all the time but isn't..but today it is.

It's the cool nights part that I miss most since moving from the Pacific NW to Houston. It rarely dips below 60° overnight this time of year.

Pissing with rain west of london too.
Most people think london is a shithole which tends to take their minds off the weather.

Good Monday Peoples |waves|

Well, yesterday was a wash for me as for as work - work up really early & have a slight bathroom issue that put me on the couch for the rest of the day (with the exception of the visit to my mom's - there's not much that's going to keep me from my mom on Mother's Day)

So I'm on hold with the nut doctor in hopes they can solve my ass issue so that I won't have to insert anything into my ass (other than my own finger on a lonely evening) again |thumb

Good Morning |waves|

Cloudy day here but really warm (82F) ... I want to finish all the script/design updates today and finally start building free sites again

I hope you all have a nice day !

Cleo 2007-05-14 09:48 AM

Another smoke filled outdoors kind of day here again. Woken up every day for the last week with a scratchy throat, burning eyes, irritated sinuses, and congested lungs. At least I don't have any ass problems.

Doing the gym in a bit and then just another fun filled exciting day of marketing porn.

Torn Rose 2007-05-14 09:52 AM

We both are having sinus issues as well due to the smoke, I went outside at 2am today and instead of crisp clean ocean air, I smelled smoke.

It's getting kind of scary down here, someone send us more rain.

ponygirl 2007-05-14 09:57 AM

good morning everyone |waves|

Torn I wish I could send you guys our rain, we have a few good days then it's icky again :(

hope you all have a good (better?) day
:)

Cleo 2007-05-14 09:57 AM

I usually don't snore but Christine was bitching this morning that I've snored all week. I've also woken up with a sinus headache all week.

I spent weekend in South Beach and even way down there the smoke was gagging everyone.

The sun in the sky looks like something out of a scifi movie with it being so red and hazy.

Lots of rain would be very welcome right now.

Morning..
Forecast for today.. Hot.. who saw that coming???

What i didn't see coming was last night's episode of the Sopranos. Proving that once again David Chase can do "Shock and Awe" so much better than Bush.

Maybe they should hire chase to direct the war in Iraq!!

Lots of running to do today...Found out a friend of mine visiting from NYC was arrested this weekend for getting into a fight in one of the casinos. Since I have intimate knowledge of the jail system here, I've been recruited to be the "go to" girl. Another fun day in para-dice.

have a good one.. and make some Money.. |waves|

That was a real shocker. Especially when Tony grabbed his nose making him choke to death even faster.

spookyx 2007-05-14 10:06 AM

good morning all!

Good morning |waves|

I'm just tinkering around, tying up loose ends before my vacation; in addition to my usual content monkey duties. I think it will soon be time to hire someone to prep content and upload- what a mindless way to spend the day...

GG- I'd like to recommend this for your... needs. I hear great things about it :D

Re: Sopranos- This last half of the season has bored me to tears. Last night's "blood on his hands' symbolism was far too obvious and cliche. Seems the show is going out with a whimper, I hope to be proven wrong.

Good morning world |waves|

Busy week here with lots of trips down to see the docs in Key West. But at least the ocean breezes during the day are keeping our skys clear of the smoke choking the mainland. We get some overnight, which means a/c and windows closed, but the morning winds blow the air clear again.

I really do hope the mainland gets some big rains soon to help with all of the fires. Can't we get some of the casino Indians to take a break and throw a big rain dance party or something?

A good start of the week to all.

:)

Bobc01 2007-05-14 10:38 AM

Well whatever problems you lot have they'd soon disapear with alot more wanking.
Apparently it's one of the most healthiest of things to do by keeping the prostate gland exercised.
Endorsed by the UK goverment who say it should be practised atleast once or twice a day.
And I'm sure no one would argue that our goverment are some of the biggest wankers ever so you should have no doubts on it's effect.

Good morning all!

I needed the weekend brak, but haven't looked forward to today. My Mom passed away a year ago today (Mothers day of last year.). So other than working, I will be spending time with My Dad and Brother remembering Mom;-(

Bobc01 2007-05-14 10:52 AM

Sorry to hear that sharky, one of the toughest things to deal with loosing a parent. ( i lost my dad in 2000).

All the best.

sharky 2007-05-14 11:04 AM

Thanks. It was expected as she had Cancer. She hung in there for the Mothers Day celebration and passed once we all left.
