Hosting needed outside of the United States or Canada
 

We need to find a great hosting solution outside of the United States and Canada that has great connectivity to the United States. And FYI - we will NOT be using this server for any spamming whatsoever

We need one server with these specs:

single processor 2.4GHz
1G RAM
2* 80G hard drives
bare-bones install of debian linux

Bandwidth
bandwidth charged on 95th percentile
1 or 2 meg pipe
