Good Morning and Happy Memorial Day. :) Again, family stuff today. And later, the hunt for a Good Chicken Barbeque. :)

Fuck I'm up insanely early. For some odd reason I've been barely sleeping lately. Christine says it is because we have been working out so much. I'm not really sure what it is but I miss sleeping in like a bum.

Speaking of working out... yesterday a gay guy at the gym thought that Christine and I were a mother daughter racquetball team. I was wondering how long it was going to be before I got asked if I was her mother. I guess I should start using a walker and get a Jitterbug cell phone now.

Not a whole lot planned for today other then relaxing at my neighbor's pool with friends while someone scorches some poor dead animal's flesh over a gas flame.

Working til early afternoon then firing up the grill to sear some cow, pig and chicken.. and any other things that walk within reach. In the meantime, the only thing that's gonna be fired up is a hooter.

We'll head to the beach this evening and spend a while enjoying the tranquility and moment of silence in memory of the many that gave their lives to preserve the opportunity for us through the years.

Damn, I just started being able to breath again and not have my eyes watering all day now that the fires in the Everglades have been put out.

At least the temps are only in the seventies this morning seeing as I've now had to open all my windows and turn on all the fans in the house after Christine decided to "cleanse our home of evil spirits" by burning white sage.

Wow does this shit smell bad and irritate my eyes and throat. :(

mourning... kind of a half assed holiday for me, wife had her tonsils out last week and the kids are away

so it's work a little and then work on my camaro today, mice got into it while in storage, so I have the whole inside apart, dash out carpet ect. ect.

oh well heart pills and pain pills are being served with grape juice

It's a quiet day for Emmy and myself over the border in Canada. The yards done, the cars clean and the dogs been fed so were just taking it easy.
