I see that a lot with partner account requests. Cheaters will copy sites and apply for partner accounts using other sites as their samples. I would notify the sites you submitted that site to, just to be safe.

try contact their sponsor and host if that dont work, and you dont have the copyrights move along there is not a thing you can do, bin there done that .....nothing you can do, still have the hope some linksites will take your post seriouse and focus on the guy, thats the only part which helped me that time ( and i dealed that time that the guy took my content and own made banners and all, and guess what nothing got him from the net, so i haunted him everywhere and that helped a part:D)

Hey I'm trying to figure out the formula for doing sites like all the other newbies, but come on. To have the same title, color, galleries, man...that's almost comical that this guy has no creativity of his own. I had to take a look see to see if he went balls out and hotlinked the images from the original site...the answer was no but I wouldn't have been shocked if had. So now what? Blackball him on the board?
