Traffic Trading?

What does it mean when someone says Want to trade 50% skim? or 60% skim?

Would a 60% skim mean they would only return 40%?

Hi cockhungryhoes,

The skim is the percentage of surfers that are redirected to a trade when they click on a gallery link. Most traffic trading scripts, if set to a 70% skim, would send 70% of clicks to the gallery and 30% of the clicks to a trade. You probably shouldn't go much lower than 70% if you're looking for bookmarkers. Skim traffic alone isn't very productive. The surfer is being forced to go somewhere they didn't want/intent to go and in many cases will just hit the back button on their browser.

Regards,
SF
