Why the fuck do I run into these type of questions when I'm away from my main computer and can't spam the shit out of ref codes.

Anyway, slick cash and FTV probably have the best feeds but if you check out this thread, the address to one of my blogs with all the feeds I've signed up for show up on pages and are categorized.

While I thought you guys were being a bit spammish....

If your going to spam that you have feeds it would be nice to get a URL to a sample feed so we could evaluate it (I'm tired of signing up to programs that "have feeds" only to find that in my estimation they are completely unusable.

It would also be nice to know if each of your sites has a seperate feed or if it's a compilation or if not all sites have feeds. Again, I hate to sign up for a sponsor because they "have feeds" only to find out that they really don't have a feed for the niche I'm looking to promote or that it is a compilation of all their sites.

How about just a little bit of substance in your spam?

banrkin 2007-08-02 07:00 PM

Latin Teen Cash has some pretty good feeds.

Cheers

So someone asks for sponsors with feeds, should we not give them URL's then?
If anyone is interested they simply click the URL and check out the feeds.

Not every sponsor, in fact most, don't have the feed available to see until you are in the members area.

I see you are the exception to the rule. But I'm not going to take the time to find every exception.

But my comment still stands. Your trying to sell me on promoting your sites on my blogs, would it have hurt to add a link to a feed and say something along the line of "each of our programs have their own feed".

I'd say this would be more appropriate and it's my mistake for not mentioning ... anyway no harm done

MRL Cash has feeds for affiliates pulled from the hosted blog Lesbian Porn News.

Feeds: http://www.lesbianpornnews.com/?feed=rss2
Example of feed used on another blog: http://www.jelsporn.com/latin-lesbo-fucks-lover.html

Hope that's informative without being overly spammy :)

Beaver Bob 2007-10-28 10:03 AM

if you promote BBW you should check out what we have :) I'm putting out a new one in the next day or two as well, for a total of 3 feeds.

XxxMina 2007-10-28 12:33 PM

While we're on the subject, does anyone mind a question about this?

I had an affiliate ask for the feed to my blog yesterday. Of course, I assumed he'd want it with his referral code, but wasn't sure of the syntax. So this is what I gave him:

http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clic...log/?feed=rss2

He said he was having trouble with it, but hasn't written back to specify. So perhaps it's working for him. Anyway, was that right? Or should I have just given him the plain old feed:

http://www.xxxmina.com/blog/?feed=rss2 ?

When I clicked that, my default reader tried to add it for me, so it LOOKS like it worked.

Probably should have referred him to Billy for something like this, but I wanted to try and figure it out myself. Of course, if I irritate him with a bad code, that will pretty much defeat the purpose. Arrgh.|badidea|

Thanks in advance, Mina:)

Beaver Bob 2007-10-28 12:44 PM

Mina, you dont want to give him a ccbill code for the feed. what you want is every link in the feed to contain his affiliate code. granted the way you do it will give the affiliate credit for signups, but it is going to make their ratios very high.

XxxMina 2007-10-28 12:48 PM

Ah, ok, thanks Bob. So, each post needs to be linked as an individual feed with the referral code?

Which means I screwed up what I sent him.....|banghead|

I THINK I know what I should have sent him now, but I don't want to put it down here and look spammy....
