Good Morning
Yet another doctor's appointment this morning and then the same old crap.

Had a whole day of outside work planned - then the storms came in this morning - guess Ill just have to do it in the rain :)

Away for the weekend - have a good one

My son was surprised that I wasn't sore the day after our gym workout but he said the next day I would feel it. He was right. I didn't know I could ache in so many places at once. Thank God he said we needed to take a day off for our muscles to recoup. I think today calls for lots of water and protein.

Nothing but working on catching up on things planned for today. Forecast says rain, which would be just fine with me. At 93 degrees which is supposed to feel like 108 with the nearly 90% humidity, I'm looking forward to not going outside unless someone has an emergency.

I miss sleeping in late...
Woken up by business phone calls this morning that required me to actually get out of bed and try to communicate in a somewhat coherent manner although I found using a pencil to write down some info to be rather challenging for my still asleep brain.

Doctor yesterday wasn't fun at all although not as bad as I feared it was going to be. You really haven't lived until a guy in scrubs with a nurse helping sticks something up your urethra, vagina, and ass all at the same time. Worst part is the inspection was inconclusive and I need to have this done again in one month.

Just a fun filled day of making the porn planned for today after playing racquetball once the both of us are awake enough to bounce around in a box with a little ball.

Morning all:) yes i am still alive! Finally a bit of a dry day here after weeks of thunder and rain and floading rivers.
I am still way behind on my own stuff (1000s of emails and pms and wathever more) going thru it when i can, like today!
My daughter is already home for a week (damn school holidays) and the next holidays start end of next week.
Like i said i wont be online, well i will be working but not being around on the boards the next weeks (i have to get thru my stuff in my holiday), only ones a week i will show myself on the boards (who cares)
Further i got nothing.

Good morning everyone. The weather here in Orange County is beautiful. The wind is calm with a slight offshore breeze. I am gonna try to get to the beach today. Just called the Newport Beach surf report the waves are small but I'm still going.

Morning everyone. Some Friday business to do and then off to go out to dinner with some people. Can't wait. Gotta make some calls to as preparing to go to chicago for awhile.

Went to Drive-In movies last night.. BlueBrits first time ever at a drive in.. he liked it *grins* saw transformers and shrek 3 - was pretty bored watching Shrek tho ... got home after 2:30 am and was exhausted and had a belly ache from all the junk we ate.

Got more work on the old house today - master bedroom to paint then we tackle the bathroom's renovations.

My husband and I just got home from a weeks vacation! We had a great time but it's good to be home. Today's is our daughters birthday she is 29 today and damn that makes me feel so old. She is freaking out that next year she will be 30 :D
