It rained last night and he was on a motorcycle so we kicked back, had a beer and watched the football game. Made him feel at home and got an offer tonight ;)
A real good guy and it was just what he was looking for, a bit of a fixer-upper, but not a wreck ;)
Gonna miss the ole place though, been here 8 years, longest I've ever been at one address.

Hope yours sells quick, the market is hot now that the interest rates are starting to creep up.

Aah, I was thinking about moving back home to New Brunswick, about 1000 miles, but the wife has too many relatives there that neither of us get along with too much ;) So we're going to get an apartment for a year or so, then decide where to go from there, most likely North, or maybe East, but there has to be some mileage between myself and her relatives ;) A small town with highspeed access, a good bar and some river fishing are my only requirements ;)
