Another week has begun with our Daughter and our Grand Children being here :) And, we are even getting family in from California and Texas this week...woohoo. :)

I'm still trying to decide whether to work on a big newsletter project or just relax and recharge for next (this) week. Just looked and my DVR is over 70% full, so maybe I should kick back and get that down to under 50% so I can ignore it for a few days again.

I forced myself to get up early today in hopes of getting back on my EDT schedule after a week in Vegas. Of course, I have a feeling this is going to backfire, as I feel sleepy already :D

Not much on the agenda for today - gonna get some reviewing done & then watch the race & HBO.

doing a little catchup work then taking off to spend the day with my rugdawg who i've neglected for the last 2 weeks.

Going to see Harry Potter and maybe 1 more movie, dinner at a new place we saw on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, and maybe some grocery shopping.

Now that all my FUN company is going, Life is back to boring.. |yawn|

Just a lazy Sunday planned.

Had my very pregnant stripper friend over all day yesterday who can barely move so we spent the day watching movies and eating sushi. Today we are visiting with friends so looking to be another totally unproductive day.

Good Morning All :) Still getting caught up one more day and I should be set :)

Today's menu:

Mahi mahi marinated in red onion, thyme, allspice, cinnamon, white pepper, ground nutmeg, jalapeno, and olive oil then grilled.

Cuban black beans cooked with ham hock, chopped onion, garlic, Anaheim chile pepper, bay leaves, oregano, red wine, red wine vinegar and cumin. Cooked for 4 hours.

Tropical salsa: diced mango, diced avocado, diced pineapple, minced red onion, minced red bell pepper, choppped cilantro, lime juice, orange juice, minced jalapeno and minced garlic.
