I remember Max's stuff, haven't seen it in quite a while, but he was definitely on the edge, and this trial doesn't look good for anyone with edgy bondage type sites that might be labeled "demeaning to women".
Seems like "politically incorrect" porn is being targetted.

Well, having family who are top lawyers here in the U.S. we have these sometimes daily debates about the law. Getting Constitutional on someone's ass, the 1st Amendment doesn't exactly protect internet porn. It's a mixed debate so it rages on. What Max does is way over the top but it's his risk. Problem is if you study any religion or any history books about any point in human history what Max produces pales in comparison with what we teach kids in school about our own selves.

Is this going to be your line of the day? You are amongst the wrong people to be spouting off such bullshit.

I always kinda liked max hardcore videos. Especially the earlier stuff. I haven't seen much of the lartest stuff, which is I gather more extreme.

It'll be interesting to see how the case goes.

Caught one of those documentaries on cable one night about some girl becoming a porn star. It was interesting to see him explain to the girl that it would look nasty on tape, but he wasn't really going to hurt her or anything.

Between MAX, and Joe Francis, I not sure which is going to become the next Larry Flynt. They seem to be after both of them in a major way.
