Greenguy's Board - Blog Directory Script

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good blog script for directories.
I have seen quite a few and none are really want I want, if I could take a bit from each I would have just what I am after.

I want a script that will automatically check for recips and automatically post the blog. I don't want the webmaster to have to insert a code I just want them to be able to add as many as they like and just link to the domain of the directory. This way when building a new blog they simply import links and then submit without having to edit to add the codes each time.
