Is there an owner or employee of shocking cash around?

or does anyone have a valid working email address or icq # for someone at shockingcash.com? I got an NSF check back in May and so far no response to my emails from their site.

You know what Emmy? Something's strange with them. When I saw the MCMK name, I had to look to see when the last time I got a check from them was.

It looks like things were steady until Nov 06 - but then I went until Feb 07 before I got another payment (2 checks arrived on the same day) Then I didn't see any checks until May 07 (4 checks arrived on the same day)

I've gotten nothing since then (even though the admin area says I have been paid) but based on the last 2 payments, they might be cutting checks every 3 months :D

I have no contact info other than the standards - wmsupport@shockingcash.com & support@shockingcash.com - but I'll see if I can find someone to stop by this thread.

Good luck trying to reach them, I am still waiting for reply to the emails I sent them around 6 months ago :D, And yes they pay whenever they feel like it...lol

Well, I did email them as well as send a message thru the contact page on their site.

It is Friday & I'm gonna guess that they are UK based, which puts it late afternoon there - we're not gonna hear anything today.

Someone bump this thread on Tuesday morning if there's no activity :)

I have only promoted shocking cash a little bit, and did get a couple checks in a timely fashion. looks like Im due for another check soon so here hoping all is good.

About 4 months ago I contacted them through their support form and did get a response back from support@shockingcash.com, so who knows what is going on over there.

Hope everyone gets paid like they should.

Thanks all for the replies.. as Greenie said, they seem to pay whenever they feel like it. Im due a few checks, but even if I get those I will be afraid to cash them due to the NSF returned check I am holding in my hands.

I will bump this thread Tuesday if I dont manage to find another way to contact them (since they havent replied to my emails since June)

First of all I would like to say "sorry" for the mess with support e-mail. The right one is support@shockingcash.com and there is a big question which I'm now going to asking my tech. admin right now, in the middle of the night, after finising this post.

This should never happen. Any payment lost \ unpaid will be reissued either with check, money order, ePassporte or any other way.

Unfortunately, I now got to admit that we have some problems lately with the company issuing checks for our US webmasters.
Some checks are lost, some not sent, some bounce back as NSF and etc.

What we're doing now is a move of all the checks payouts to CCBill, so every webmaster who wants to get a CHECK will have to merge under our sub-account: this way it will be easier to get the payments (even if it's a few bucks) and no other problem should appear. No link change or money loss. This will be announced soon.

By now, may I strongly suggest to switch you ePassporte payouts, these go out without any delays.

Please send me a private message with your account detais and ICQ number so I can help resolving the issue as soon as possible!

Will be glad once this is resolved because I have been promoting your program for quite a while and have done well and dont wish to stop promoting you :)

NSF check paid out to Emerald, will investigate other check's lot and hope to resolve the issue fast. I guess we will start a special support line for this (will be anounced). Please let me know if there any other problems of this kind.

Just wanted to post here that Shocking Cash has taken care of the NSF check as well as 2 other checks that were not received. |thumb

I'd just like to point out that I have still not gotten paid, even though I was promised a check and then a money order last month.

I emailed them last week, but they didn't bother to reply.

It's a shame too, because some of those sites did convert pretty well for me.
