Anyone having problems with Webair?

I dont have access to my sites or my server via FTP. Im trying to contact them but to no avail. Is this happenning to anyone else?

Yup my sites are down as well for the 2nd time today. Just checking with their online techsupport and they assure me it's being fixed.. |huh

That happened to me yesterday, but I think it was just a routing issue as hops timed out in china. Yet, other sites worked ok...
Then had my sql db go down today, silly but was using one of the shared sql servers, moving it over to my dedicated server now. Can't wait to see what problems arise.
