Most trusted for buying traffic from

Hey GG, DD or anyone who has been in this business for awhile now, I have a simple question...

Who is the most trusted in this biz when it comes to buying traffic? I've looked into alot of sites for that, but who is the best and most reasonable?

Thanks to all in advance who answers this.

I'm also very interested in finding somebody good to buy some traffic from - I need to give my latest private venture a kick start ;)

Thanks!

The only one that I have tried and found to be worthwhile is Traffic-Out.com. They send you actual traffic from a site with your link on it. So it is high quality, clicked on traffic.

Most of the other places will send blind, redirected, 404 or pop under traffic which seems to have a low productivity. (A lot of foreign traffic as well.) At least that's what I have found with the ones I tested.

I am actually working on a little traffic program of my own. When it's finished and tested I will be looking for people to help test and partner with it. More on that later.

If you do come across another high quality source for traffic, let us all know.

I've only bought traffic once & that was some PPC stuff about 4 years ago.

GregPix.com sells traffic from his TGP and it is good traffic. Clicked listing in his daily links, not blind and he'll change the description around for you.

Like GG I only tried it once a couple years ago. I didn't expect any conversions from it. The traffic was to kick start a new TGP and I wanted to give my submitters some traffic and hopefully pick up a few bookmaker's. It worked out well for my intentions but now I have enough traffic pumps and trades that I have no need to buy traffic.

We've tried a few different places, and haven't had any luck yet. Didn't have any luck with sex.com either, sorry... But then again, maybe I was doing something wrong, sending the traffic to our paysite tour, picking the wrong categories, putting up bad descriptions maybe... I don't know.

Anyway, I would also be interested in a reasonably priced, reasonably productive source of traffic. Not a preferred gallery listing, but a link directly to our paysite tour. In a perfect world, it would be clicked link traffic, and the link text would be on an amateur, BBW, or mature theme. But then again, I know I'm dreaming. |crazy|

Thanks for the replys everyone. I didn't have any high expectations, just wanted to give it a shot and start out with around 20,000 to 50,000 and see what happens.

Dr. B, traffic-out sounds familiar, may have come across that one and also seem to remember good things also beaing said about that program. The 404, redirects etc., are not things I really believe would be the most beneficial, so those are out.

As it stands, I am just now building SE traffic and so on, but wanted to try some alternate traffic sources too. Thanks again for all the input, it's much appriciated.

I wondered the same thing about 3 years ago, where to buy decent traffic at a non-outrageous price? And more importantly, who would actually send the traffic rather than just abscond with my money? I began finding good sources of paid traffic, and put together a site to share those trusted sources with other webmasters.

By all means have a look and see if there is anything there that catches your eye.... Paid Traffic Source

Some of my sources have already been mentioned in this thread. Nice too see it.

Thanks for the input CD Smith, I'll go and check that out. I'm just looking at options right now. Might be a short time before I go and buy any traffic.

Hi CybrFire,

I agree with Dr Bizzaro
Traffic out is the only one I know that don't force traffic.
I have good experiences with hunter.

Why do sex.com spam every fricking thread on every adult board with the word 'traffic ' in it?|angry|

Yeah troy, I looked into traffic-out further and it looks like the one to go with. A clickable link for all traffic is what I really need. I don't do popups, unders 404 and so on. I like it clean, direct and to the point. I want to convert, not piss others off.

Greg's traffic is good, but not cheap. ~5$/1K

troy 2004-01-30 12:33 PM

Just checked gregpix and he says he gets around 150.000!!! visitors a day.

How the hell do you get 150.000 visitors???

kit 2004-01-30 01:42 PM

I get around 1.2K daily from #15 position each day.

Damn! Now that's the kind of traffic I want. Good question...how is he getting that much? Traffic pumps all over the place or ? Maybe with alot of work and refinement I'll reach that level too one day.

$5 per 1k doesn't seem all that bad compared to others prices I've seen. If it brings in people who will bookmark, perhaps convert...in the end it's well worth it.

BTW: Kit, you have a PM from me in regards to a submit to you recently from me.

Thanks.
