Can you quantify low/high traffic amounts?
 
What number would "X" be in the following..?

Good traffic = X number of hits per day

Bad traffic = less than x number of hits per day...

It's too relative of a question. What is a good amount of money?

And most importantly good traffic != hits per day. I'll take 100 hits a day of targeted SE traffic over 100K hits a day of CJ traffic.
