Corrupted Cache File Keeps Site From Loading?
 

Ack...

Ok, I am probably in over my head here.. .But what the hell. :D

My site Porno Favs uses Pligg CMS which is experiencing some bugs. The cms is creating cache files and every once in a while, one is corrupted which instantly makes my site error. When this happens and I notice my site is offline, I go in and delete all the cache files it created and my site will load fine again.

My question: Any ideas or suggestions on what I could do to maybe automate the clearing of cache files in a certain folder or maybe keep them from being created to begin with?
