Speakers for Apple? Recomandations? Also puppy pictures!

Hello Apple users,

My Soundsticks speakers died, so I am looking to get new ones. What are you using and what are you recommending?

Here is a page of pictures of my GSD puppy: http://omfoto.com/nicky/index.html She is almost 6 mo old now.

Oddly I just bought Soundsticks for my main workstation (17" Macbook Pro with a 30" Apple display). They sound real decent but mostly I bought them because because they look so kewl.

I need to pickup some speakers for the Mac mini that was I given since I've been using it to do video editing on and it's internal speaker is so lame that I can barely hear the vids. I'll probably buy something under $75 from CompUSA selection. Seems like these days most 2.1 speakers sound real decent.

When I'm really jamming I listen to my music through my big living-room system. Before getting an AppleTV I used one of my laptops to control the music via a Airport Express but now with the AppleTV, with its sound output connected to my big living-room system, I use it to control the music whilst enjoying its screen saver that is a collection of my favorite pics.

I also added another Airport Express in my bedroom both to get a better signal on that side of my house and to use it to feed music into Creative Labs i-Trigue 3300 2.1 Speakers. It sounds very decent.

I know nothing about Apple I came to see the pics. Nicky is gourgeous|thumb and looks like she will be quite big before she is done growing.

My husband and I have been raising and breeding German Shepherds for over 20 years. We are down to just one now named Zoey and she is a beauty!

Thanks for all the pics. I enjoyed them very much |thumb
