Cookie Question

Can someone explain this? I link traded a while back and this is what I am seeing.
On my sponsor stats under the refering links I see
http://thereurl/ttt-out.php?trade=myurl

First question is why am I seeing this on my sponsor stats? I don't see anyone else like this.

The source code on there site looks like this
