Password Security System Sucks!
 

My site has been the target of hurlers over and over and over the past few years. We have a hosting company that has placed Password Sentry on it and it was working great for general password abuse, but when the hurlers began with the automated guessing programs and actually guessed a bunch of passwords and posted them, my bandwidth went through the roof! The hosting company added the extra security of typing in a code each time and that keeps out the hurlers and the automatic programs BUT....it has created havoc with members who are having a hard time signing in, or having to sign in multiple times, or it isn't compatible with AOL, or something!

Does anyone know of a good security system that I can put on my site. My hosting company uses this one and it really SUCKS! Either that or it isn't installed right or something. HELP!!!

them from even continueing the attack and slowing your server.

Player.
All that, and the price is definitely right.
Several of the well know members of this board, TLA's, and
GFY use it on all of their pay sites and swear by it.

Ray and I have been in communication and I will be calling him today. I am definitely going with StrongBox. Seems to be my ideal answer after all of these years of hackers, hurlers, and pirates.

And I am also about to start an affiliate program charging $24.95 .. so I hope I get some "willing" webmasters too...:)
