FBI meeting with Adult Industry
 

The purpose of the hour-long meeting was to update the adult industry on the inspections conducted thus far, to listen to any adult industry concerns regarding the inspections, and to solicit recommendations from the industry on how to improve the 2257 inspection process.

Some interesting topics discussed.
- the definition of a web page remains unclear
- compliance notices on multiple content sources
- ID requirements for live web performers when using aggregated feeds(This might tie in with photo previews on TGP/MPG/LL)
- that current 2257 links are effective for investigations

the best thing is the end part of things when it's mentioned about a standard form. I would like something like that. Has what information needs to be where about a performer. Then have examples of a properly filled out forms. Makes things very easy to comply with then.

Hell ,they keep referring to URLs(Uniform Resource Locator) which is actually the server/router. That's a whole can of worms that hasn't even been opened yet.|crazy|

Well...fuck. Why not hire any 15 year old and they can figure all of this stuff out. I am always amazed/astounded/amused by our government. We cry wolf over the "oil crisis", we pump $10B/month into a war that had absolutely nothing to do with 9/11, and we have the FBI looking into the Adult Industry, URL's and the definition of a web page.

Don't worry about the homeless, the sick and needy. Just as long as the people in power can "protect" their constituents. All while asking for a fucking blowjob in a public john in an airport.

Damn, I find myself laughing at the world I watch far more than I should, also smoking more doobs than usual. I'm thinking that's not such a bad thing. I'm just glad I can't get Fox News, from what I've heard I'd probably just sit in front of the toob and laugh all day.

Tragic comedy. The FBI had a pretty good show back in the early '70's, Efrem Zimbalist Jr always caught the bad guys. I liked Get Smart better though, I cheered for KAOS ;)
Sex is bad, violence, especially state sponsored violence, is OK.

I find it funny that the FBI, can't talk to DOJ and there right down the hall in every federal building. It seems like all the FBI said was "We will ask DOJ" I worked for the government for a while. We are referred to the FBI as "Fucking Bunch of Idiots" I see 9/11 didn't change things much.
