Not much going on today, I hope. :) And, it looks like it might be a nice day.

Howdy all. Glad there's not much going on today, Jim and I think of you guys since my Mom is going through her own experience. And if today is anything like yesterday, we're in for a treat! Counting down my last week before I head to DFW for 3 weeks of training.

Another day to get even further behind in work.

Woke up at 5 this morning to see Christine off and then went back to bed. Still haven't made it back out of bed but will soon to go to the gym.

Just day of making the porn planed after the gym and then someone is bringing a mainstream project this evening.

Yesterday was just a bad all around day for me & football - Bills lost, I think 2 of my 3 fantasy teams lost & I found out I forgot to put in my pick in 2 pools (one I paid for)

We're supposed to go pick out a new vehicle today - no hybrid, as they won't be able to get on in until next summer, so we're going with another Yukon that does actually get 20 MPG, which is a lot better than the 13 I'm getting now.

Looks to be a nice day down here too. At least it is if you like +90F temps with a little rain later.

I saw on the news this morning that police -- and I don't mean SWAT, I mean regular patrol officers -- in Miami are now going to be allowed to carry assault rifles, in an effort to level the playing field with criminals who use them. Anyone know of any other cities in the USA where the police are going around armed this way? I'm not sure Miami is the first, but it'll be interesting to see what the criminals start carrying in an effort to keep the playing field unlevel.

Oh well, in the meantime, here's wishing a great start of the week to all who'd like to have one.

Back from the poker weekend. Not the big winner but I am up $80 which paid for my food and beer for the weekend. And that's better than losing of course. Work today and likely a few errands.

Spent yesterday fighting with a script/server/host issue, not fun. Finally decided I'd spent enough time with it and killed the site. Relaunch sometime down the road with a script I actually like and on a more robust and reliable host.

So, back to work on sites that are actually making money...

Morning.. Went to the local "San Gennaro" festival this year. To say it is nothing like the one in NY is an understatement. I mean really this is what passes for a slice of "East Coast Pizza" ..oh sure it was a tad greasy but about 1/2 the size of a NY slice and the grease wasn't running down the hand.

Of course this kept me away from the REAL excitement here. Some OLD ass named OJ apparently DID it, Again. There is no way a jury will look at this impartially as the "robbery" charges. However both the people in the room that he broke into -- they played the tapes this morning MuthaF**ker-- want to drop the charges but the DA here proceeded anyway. Will be interesting.

Oh and apparently using the words "Deco Styled" is considered keyword spamming by ebay. Busted again. I really wanted to change my handcuff set description and put: Celebrity accessory--What NOT to wear.

Oh yeah: GO Sopranos!!

Welp the Saints have one more game before I give away my tickets. Hell I might not find anybody to take em. I need to send Reggie fucking Bush a bill for what they cost me yesterday.. bastards!
Ah well.

Not 100% sure, but LA I think is one of the first to do this, that huge gun battle they had (10 years ago???) that made the movie "Heat" look G rated was 100 cops with pea shooters vs 2 guys with body armor and massive amounts of bullets and assault rifles, I've seen a show on discovery about it (I think it’s called 43 mins or something) and they talked about being out gunned and that in the future all cops will have better weapons.

We are finally HOME and done with traveling for a while. This has been a very long 1 month and 2 weeks and I do not think we are driving farther than 30 mins away anytime soon. I have about 6000+ pics to go over, hours of video and so much other shit I have not even thought of yet, to do and no clue where I should start.

I hate Mondays.

We've been peppered with sonic booms all morning, does that count?

Building today and the kids have a half day. I'm looking forward to the game tonight.

A late hello but hopefully never too late and a great whatever to all who want it :D Got a lot on my plate... and it is good.

night everyone. Just feeling better. Was so sick this morning. Self induced. Started the day off yesterday so well with Clint Bowyer dominating the race. So my jack daniels drinking started early. Turned into some depression though seeing the Chargers get their ass handed to them against the Pats. UGH!|angry| It is only end of second week, but still things are not the way I was thinking they would be. Went out hard then later that night.

Flying hung over is not fun. Made it though.

Now time to watch more football and first episode of prison break. :)
