Damn near lost my breath this morning going out to start the truck.

Temperature -27 °F / -33 °C
Windchill -51 °F / -46 °C

I'd say it's Cold out :)

That is damn cold!!!
I've been living in shit like that for weeks, not quite -46 but it's been a constant -20 or worse with wind chills over -30 and last week it did break -40 a few days. Couldn't start the car even though it was plugged in. LOL

Heavy blizzards just started in England, the Midlands to be exact.

We haven't had snow like this in years!!! :D

I got lots of food, meds and cigarettes, which is good coz I don't think I'm going anywhere for a day or two.

just spent the entire day replacing pipes and insulation etc due to pipes freezing and bursting last night. I am now officially a popsicle!

After another day with the HIGH temp being -24 and working outside all day, I'm thinking anything about +40F will now be shorts weather :)

Good news is house is for sale and the people who looked at it Wednesday liked it, so FL could be closer then expected.
