question on search engines and html names

Hey folks I use thingamablog for my blogs and it doesn't allow the entries to have a great name such as hillary_clintonn_shows_her_massive_arkansas_round_tits.html, but it does use that as the title of the page with a page name of entry_1500.html. Do you think that the search engines look more at the title of the page and the content versus the name of the file.

I'll assume that the title is being put in

tags which would give it more weight.

I'm not sure how much the file name would matter other than it is another way to get your keywords noticed.
