I decided to work on free sites for the first time but now I have several questions. How the free site must look like to be accepted by the link lists?

I posted it two days ago but received not much approvals may be something is wrong with it?

Just about no one is going to list you using that sponsor content.

What's with the question mark at the end of the URL?

You put a question mark at the end of a sentence asking a question. The board software just isn't smart enough to know that it should not be part of the URL. I am surprised that the URL still work correct with it there.

The site itself is fine but like Cleo said it will rarely get listed with that sponsor content. Use bought content and you should get listed.
