Whats Up DD couple of questions about Gossamer Threads Link Script

1 I seen a thread about a link that you posted about installs and mods Do u do the install ?

2 if i change hosts down the road will the script go along with the switch or it will have to be installed again?

3 will the script work with what i have now as in same page design Or would i have to make new pages in the admin ?

4 Will it work with frontpage 2002

5 In your Oppinon should i just bite the bullet and spend the 400 for link Admin ?

6 Is it Buggy after so many links in the first categories As people claim ?

7 after the paid install is there any tech help down the road

1 - Yes we do the install
2 - Yes it does usually require a re-install.. as do most sripts, unless you move to a host with exactly the same structure and setup as the previous one.
3 - It is template driven, so that you would have to import you pages into the templates - which normally isnt too hard as long as you know some HTML.
4 - Short asnwer is no... The templates require specific HTML and HTML tags and I would imagine FP would stuff it up somehow.
5 - I dont have a an opinion on Link Admin - I have never used it myself.
6 - It depends on lots of other things.. and I dont think it is "buggy". If you get problems there are ways around them.
7 - Some .... but only some... Time is money!
8 - No problems

so what should i do - do you know or done a install with someone that was useing frontpage , and will it work and not be a major pain in the ass
