Do you have issues with the "AP div" tag? I've been trying to use more of them and less tables, but formatting gets screwed up on different browers, and even same browser different computers..(?)

That's because IE doesn't know how to properly implement CSS. My whole take on the issue is to position content using tables and style the content using stylesheets, which eliminates 99% of the cross browser crap.
