Too much money in it. Plus, the RU government needs it to test out new hacks and launch attacks. Should be up soon under a different name.

All of those bullshit russian submits wer getting to be a pain in the ass. I had to add captcha to my submit page to stop them.
I don't really know if this issue would have slowed the submits on my site, but I'm glad it stopped!

If they do surface again, why can't they be stopped?

And how have they been allowed to get away with it before if it was known about all the crime.
