I Need some help with this mess

off of a template. It was temperary untill i could get it all togather.
Now i decieded to design something better, but my new design
Http://freepornpicturez.com is my first attempt at a photoshop sliced website. And I just wanted some feedback on what i could do to make it better and more professional.

Too slow to load - At least two of the sites you link to have consoles and other crap - I have a back button on my mouse for a reason. http://in.piercingxxxmag.com/cgi-bin.../902937:F?sg=0

I'm not a fan of adult friend finder.

The tiny blue font links at the bottom of the page strikr me as SE fodder.

Wow, I am speechless, but, like papa said IT IS SLOOOOOOOW!

Maybe if you center the page, have some kind of an adult warning on top, do something about that text on the bottom, change to console free sponsors or tours. Just my opinion and I don't know much, so take it as you may. :)

Two quick things.

1. Specify black instead of white as the background color for the page so that surfers can read the yellow text before the graphic background eventually (slowly) loads.

2. Don't use Photoshop for building that kind of website. Maybe use it for a header design, but graphic-heavy pages that load slowly won't work for a site like you've put together there.

Im gonna second what evferyone else has said. and continue on what Simon touched on...PS is good for making full page ads, logos, banners, headers, page graphics but not the entire page. You'd be surprised how much time you will save by just making your graphical links that look like text..just text. Unless your using a super hard to find font that you just cannot live without..use basic text when you can. The main thing with porn, well online in general is time (how fast a page/site loads) and a ease of use navigation. Online surfers attention span is limited and they will just as quickly hit BACK as they did click on your link in the first place. Get em in, show em what ya got and get em to your next page/area as fast and as easy as possible. Sites are best broken up inot graphics and text so that if someone is on a slower connection or your site is on a slower server the surfer will have at least the text there to read and get somehwat of an understanding of your site. Experiement with different things and do what works best for the site.

cecash is the program that has the consoles, but I cant find the email program they have without consoles. So i guess i will drop them all togather. Although i have had more sales through them than anybody else. If anyone knows of a better email program, (besides myfreepaysite) i would love to know. I also did a little bit of research on adult friend finder, And have also decided to drop them as well.
My site loading slowly was my main concern, I think i am going to make a smaller header and a side bar for text links. hopefully that shoudnt take forever to load.

Does any one use tables in dreamweaver anymore to create layouts for paid sites or most of the pros use CSS? i have used tables to create this site www.limobimbos.com. I am trying to figure out how to speed it up. i optimised the images quite well, but don't know what else i could do.

CSS is the way to go for making webpages, it gives you much better control and is makes nicer pages, I do however use tables for my sites also.
Go to A List Apart for some great tips and tutorials on CSS.

Hashbury as for your site being slow I think it is because you have a lot of hotlinked graphics, also it needs to have a bit more organization I think. maybe some different fonts might help too.

yes my main site is a jumbled mess
I made this site before i knew what i was doing,
and right now i am on a freesite learning binge.
i have quite a few pages on my site that need to be redone, but im waiting till i have some time to do it all at once
I should be doing it soon because i am now recieving some decent se traffic.
