Creating Tables in MYSql
 

Im a total newb when it comes to php and sql, I wanted to know if I click the "sql" tab in phpAdmin and it open up to the Run Queries window, can I copy and paste the create table info there?

You should be yes. It all depends if your host has given you permissions to create tables yourself.
