Hi I noticed some LL's don't allow sites with php. I was just curious what the reason is for this ?

For the same reason they don't allow javascript, iframes, etc. Cheaters and scumbags can use PHP code to do all kinds of nastiness, that is not easily detected on initial review of the page.

One more case of the bad guys ruining a good thing for everyone.
