Offtopic, but... Well, some time ago I have been entering more than 3 times wrong password (I thought it was right, but I was entering password from another payment system =)) to Epassporte and obviously was banned for 24 hours. I've written them to reset my password and received the answer only after about 2 weeks, when the problem was no longer exist. Based on what i've read and expirienced, they are very irresponsible in communication with the clients.
Back to the topic - I really can't get your question. You need a transfer to activate the Epassporte account?
