.htaccess redirect ip block help
 

Seems everybody knows how to deny ip blocks with .htaccess but not redirect.

Could anyone here tell me what I would put in htaccess to redirect these example ips...

IPv4 Range-------------------CIDR
116.1.0.0-116.1.255.255 ---- 116.1/16
116.2.0.0-116.3.255.255 ---- 116.2/15
116.4.0.0-116.7.255.255 ---- 116.4/14
116.8.0.0-116.11.255.255 --- 116.8/14
116.13.0.0-116.13.255.255 -- 116.13/16
