Google cache Q
I have a site that Google grabs a cache from everyday, and since the page is dynamic, I bounce between rank 1-5 for a top keyword each time. Is it possible that after Google grabs a cache page that gets #1 to tell the robot not to grab another page to cache? I'm not sure how that works...

You can keep your dynamic page search results pretty steady with google using meta tags. The following works:
