Official Staement From OCCash on Downtime 12/7 and 12/8
 

We are sorry to report that there was some intermitant downtime Friday 12/7 and Saturday 12/8. A controller at our host failed and caused both the A and the B raid backup of our main database file to crash. We have re-installed nats and made a 100% revovery on the drive.

Obviously, there were some lost sales during that time. Starting tomorrow we will be figuring out how to best credit affiliates for the downtime. No rebills have been been lost.
