Good Thursday Morning

Good Morning
Busiest day of the month for me today.
Remember...5 days until Christmas :)

Good morning world |waves|

Getting ready to go for a bike (bicycle) ride this morning since that's part of my new 'better get some exercise' program.

Most shopping done so this should be mostly a working day.

Wishing a day of completed lists to all who've made one.

:)

Good Morning!

Rain in the forecast today, but it's warm, so it's a good day to kick on the AC and stay in and get high... err.. work. On my 3rd pot of pecan praline coffee and see nothing but web in the future for today.

Have an extra special day!

Bicycling is a lot of fun, been doing it since I was a child. I've always wanted to be able to put a bike carrier on my car but have always owned sport cars that weren't able to take a bike rack but now that I'm living with someone that has a car that can we have been thinking of picking up a bike rack for it so that we can take our bikes down to the Grove or to Everglades national park and other places.

Getting my blood sucked this morning and then just another day of work and errands planned.

Useless 2007-12-20 08:57 AM

We managed to get four more inches of the fluffy stuff last night, so it was another morning of rolling out of bed and snowblowing for me. I finished that damned video game Half-Life2 yesterday, so now I need to get back to work or something resembling work. I assume I'm not the only one here who thinks that the need to play a video game is a perfectly legitimate excuse to not work for a few days. ;)

I personally don't play video games but I think it would be great if everyone else in this biz took a few days or even a few months off to play video games.

dareutwo 2007-12-20 09:35 AM

Morning all -
Average temps, cloudy, no wind, can't complain about the weather.
I'll be very scarce today. Gotta help a friend move stuff around his house so he can start remodeling, then BB practice, followed by reffing a BB game tonight.
I'm forcasting a 10:00pm shower followed by being asleep by 10:30 :)

Have a good one!

Ramster 2007-12-20 10:11 AM

Good Morning.

Christmas is coming soon. Got most of my shopping done, just a few small things to pick up.

LeRoy 2007-12-20 10:33 AM

Good morning everyone . Hope everyone has a good day in sales.

JustRobert 2007-12-20 10:36 AM

Morning All,

More work on the agenda today but will throw in an hour of video games because UW said it's okay :)

I just watched a 70 year old Burlesque dancer jerk off a homeless man followed by 5 women covered in honey rolling around in $1 bills |thumb

I'm going for Sleep Apnea Test 2: Electric Boogaloo tonight. I think they'll be fitting me with the Fighter Pilot mask |dizzy|

About 3 or 4 Xmas's ago, the only reason I stopped playing Grand Theft Auto was because we had to leave for Internext :D

Morning...
i think we are finished with our holiday shopping after today. I need to buy the RugDawg a bigger hard drive for his Xbox360 so we can download HD movies. and that's a wrap..

I bought myself a 'gift' last night.. I'm going to participate in the Genographic project. Since due to my mid-life crisis "grand theft auto" of my own car, my DNA is on file in the FBI database anyway..and since putting my name in the open adoption records in Oregon, no one has stepped up so at least this way i can see who my maternal ancestors were 40K years ago. Should be cool to find out. I bet there is a fat Ass tribe somewhere in Slobovia.

Anyway have a GREAT 5 days before some dude's birthday.. |thumb

Mornin All
I'm feeling better (not running on all eight yet)
Feeling good enough to be feeling guilty for not hacking away at my todo list.
Coffee's gone but my reviews are done

Tekster 2007-12-20 11:42 AM

Good Morning Everyone,

Just hoping to get some of the things on my list done today, but it has been quite slow the last few days, so who knows, maybe I will just take a few days off and play video games like UW. :)

Have a wonderful day all.

Now that's entertainment. ;)

I was amused by Steve having to come in and explain to the boys as to why the contestants and in-studio viewers had to fill out so much paperwork (releases), which was due to the videos and pics being posted on the internet. I believe O&A felt that the paperwork was excessively burdensome. :D At least Steve understands 2257 regulations.

Morning all. Today I go round two of xmas shopping. Really need to think up a couple more gifts for people. ugh. Going to be taking some templates and dropping php code to them and setting those sites up. Going to start pounding coffee so I can get my ass in gear here.

Have a good day everyone.

Cheers,
B

Let me know if you get stuck. I'll ship my 8 year-old son to you. That little prick saved my ass a couple of times when I was on my 3 day Half-Life2 binge. Do you have any idea what it's like being berated by a 3rd grader because you weren't born with intuitive video game knowledge? And how the HELL does he know how to destroy a generator thingy with a gravity gun when he won't even play the game because he's afraid of the zombies? Damn, I hate that.

sue-fl 2007-12-20 12:13 PM

Morning!

I'm going to get my submits done then go play video games with my grandson. |thumb

UW said I could :D

Have a great day all!

Don't feel bad UW my grandson is only 5 and is better than I am at video games :D

GinaCochina 2007-12-20 12:55 PM

Is it a good morning? I wouldn't know. I have head my head in the toilet. Damn morning sickness!

NY Jester 2007-12-20 01:29 PM

Well, we had 2 inches of snow last night the wet kind. My daughter got dropped off last night by the lady she babysits for and the lady got stuck at the end of my drive way - EVERYONE gets stuck in my driveway but me WTF?! So Myself and the oldest pushed her out.

My shopping is done, Im just waiting for the packages to arrive and then I can wrap them and be fully done.

I played Saints Row on 360 for 3 days when I first got it. And with Jolly Saint Nick on his way Tuesday, Ill be rocking out with the family to Rock Band - should prove interesting. The daughter will want to sing, which she cant, so Ill use some earplugs and a smile to play along.

Im in the midst of slackers guilt here, I stopped yesterday to go shopping so the wife could make holiday cookies and whatnots and then waited patiently while they baked, only to not work on my list.

Greenie, my dad had sleep apnea and had to wear the C-Pap machine at night..thats when the parents got new bedrooms...not only does it look like a pilots mask, it sounds like youre actually flying the damned plane

digifan 2007-12-20 02:14 PM

Smile and ear plugs, nice combo :) Don't forget the glasses!

I mean good day people, mine was busy so far and I am not used to it nowadays.

First someone made me very happy and it it did not take unfair amounts of $$$ at all. This time a guy :D

Secondly I caught someone who first offered help with moving my site then kept a copy and started building new ones for himself using my thumbs, css and whatnot. Some grouchy people at other forums did not want to believe me so I had to save our convo and show him. I still hope the guy does the right thing because I do hate drama and stress won't do me good.

In the meantime s girl from my isp tried calling me and telling me I need a new contract but did not want to leave a message. I had to grab that damn phone for the 5th or 6th time and she guessed someone is here so asked me to knock on the phone if I understand her (not hear, understand!) then to send her an email to another isp so we can communicate freely. Confusing.

I had a lot of visitors popping in compared to my usual solitude and it is like success and failure: both can be very tiresome I can tell you.

I can't believe how fast time flies... it is Christmas on Monday! You all are older with a year.

I should have just said: I got nothing.
