Good Morning
Christmas stuff going on today. A little grocery shopping, a little wrapping and our children arrive tonight :) It should be a busy day.

Waiting for some things to arrive today and (hopefully) on Monday. Aside from that all shopping is done (unless I'm forgetting something) and only some wrapping left to do.

Also, finally got the last Christmas cards sent out yesterday, and I have to mention that for some reason there seems to be a statistical anomaly regarding guys named Mark in the porn business (kind of like, but probably not related to, the uneven color distribution in M&Ms).

Wishing a good end of the week to everyone whose week is ending.

Some of the stuff I ordered from a local store came in, so today I have to go pick it up and then finish my shopping. That will probably take all morning and then some.

I hope I can still get some work done this afternoon.

Changed my Xmas plans. Carol gave her 2 week notice yesterday at the job she started a few months ago. Seems the job description didn't mention blatantly overlooking legal status and blindly filing obvious fake SS #s of the latinos that said staffing company hires. After a full backup of all data was made, she issued her "fuck this, Americans first" notice.

So, after cooking the regular Christmas spread here early. I'm heading to one of the local soup kitchens to feed hungry people. I anticipate alot of people eating way too much, cause I do intend to get stoned before I go and fill their plates like I'd fill my own, and by golly, I like a well stacked plate of groceries.

I got home from my 2nd Sleep Apnea test around 6 & I have to say, it was not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. The machine is no louder than a window A/C unit. I'm not sure if it helped or not, as I know I only slept for 4 hours & I need a nap :D

Still would be sleeping but the woman I live with is getting ready for work. I'm still laying in bed with a few of our cats under the covers and not wanting to get out of bed at all but it's that time of the day so I guess I have to.

Never made it to the doctors to have my blood sucked yesterday so I have to do that first thing this morning before I can eat anything or have espresso.

Doing the gym thing today and then just another mundane day of work and errands planned. If it doesn't rain tonight going over to the park by us for the Winter Solstice Gathering. |potleaf|

Another busy day of non adult stuff. Kids have a half day of school, then I'm going to the grocery store to fill food baskets for the counties' needy folks.

Been busy teaching someone how to update our hubs/link lists and write for camhoes. much better than automated listings and I don't have to pay him, YET. Will be looking for Asian sponsors later next week so he can ply his obsession.

Anyway.. my goal today is to NOT leave my house at all .. until around 9pm tonight when my boytoy and I will celebrate solstice with much drinking and dancing naked around in a hotel room.

happy TGIF -- tho most every web worker I know doesn't technically have a "beginning" of a weekend..but if you could.. Happy TGIF.. be safe and warm (or cool if you are in the southern hemisphere--including florida)

Good Morning.

Slept in a bit since we went after basketball last night but it was a tame night. Work as usual for me.

Hernia surgery Wednesday was a breeze but they must have pumped me full of antihistamine to keep me from coughing because my nose, mouth, lips and tongue were so dry I was miserable all day thursday and thursday night. Couldn't drink enough water to get hydrated. The surgery felt like a bad bruise but I felt sick from my head being so dried out. Only took 6 of the 20 Lortabs and only took those just in case I started to hurt. Wound up giving my 80 yr. old mom 7 of the 14 I had left over. Got to her house around 1:30 Wed. afternoon and ate a VERY large dinner that night since I hadn't eaten since 7:00 p.m. Tues. night. After dinner I read the discharge papers that said to start with soups and soft fruit then work up to regular meals. |banghead| Needless to say with the swelling from surgery and a very full stomach I just made myself miserable. I convinced mom I was fine this morning and got back home so I can get some work done.

Morning all. I've already been up and over to the old place to move a bunch of stuff and at lunch I'll be running over again to handle some more moving of stuff that's been in boxes since I got there and probably will stay in boxes the whole time I'm at this place too. :D

Going to investigate some charge backs that happened. Two of the same person. And on both mastercodes on epoch. |confused||confused| Something just doesn't feel right with that.

Same old same old here as well.

You can try earplugs, I call them "marriage savers", to help with the extra noise, snoring, snoring, etc... Being a light sleeper it has helped with a longer deeper sleep for me.

I'm feeling rather grumpy today.

I started snowblowing my neighbor's driveway and sidewalk (for free) last year. I'm a nice guy. The couple who own the house live on the first floor and they rent out the second floor. Their idiot fucking tenant backs into my side yard and keeps getting her goddamn Volvo stuck there when she finally hits the snowbank. Each time they dig her out, they end up shoveling snow onto MY nice clean sidewalk - and they fucking leave it there. Rotten, inconsiderate, thankless motherfuckers. I hope they have a good time shoveling that driveway for now on. |violin|
