Getting Images For Your MPGS & WMV
 

Quick question, I've only made freesites with pictures and am wanting to start using videos. My embarrassing question is, how do you get the screencap of the video? I checked out a bunch of free sites and they go from the image directly to the video, the only way I know how to do this is to do a print and crop it...is there a better way? I don't want to take pictures from the picture set that aren't related to the actual video it's linked to...that's not right...so any insight or tips would be appreciated...

Oh yeah, is there an easy way to do this with dreamweaver or fireworks?

If you have Windows Movie Maker you can take screen grabs with that, and cut & compress movies into wmv with it too. It's pretty easy, that's what I use.

Easy - you could always ask your sponsor for screen cap or sample image from each vid. They should be able to provide it.
