What can we do...

As we discussed in the Green Guy & jim radio show yesterday, we Extreme Paychecks wasnt so concerned about discussing what we have done, we are more concerned with hearing "What we can do" so GG&J said to slap a post up for anyone that might have missed the interview with me on the GG&J Radio Show to see what we can do for our affiliates to help improve your sales etc. Some of the questions asked were:

Q) Will we offer Gay Sites in the future?
A) Yes, with no more details than that :)

Q) When a surfer buys a membership to one site do they get a membership to all of our sites?
A) In some cases yes, for the most part we have 61 sites broken up into 4 different members area's, that would be an avg of about 15 sites per members area.

Q) Is there a way to advertise these "Mega Sites" or "Added Value" sites?
A) Yes as of right now we have 3 "Mega Style SItes" for advertising, we will be offering content and more promo content over the next few weeks to increase affiliate sales oppratunities to these sites, we are currently testing Hosted Galleries for one of them "Vip xxx Area", "Adult Mega xxx" and "All Exclusive xxx" will soon follow with Hosted Galleries very shortly.

Q) Will Hosted Sites be back anytime soon?
A) Yes with the "More Control" feature we offer on our Hosted Galleries that most affiliates have come to love.

Q) Do you have more Hardcore sites coming out anytime soon?
A) Yes but we will not release details about the next 2 "Hardcore" style sites we will be releasing, until they are ready for release.

What else ya got?

I would improve on this option for us webmasters promoting them & have some nice FPA's & HPA's made up with all kinds of text & maybe a few small 120x60's for each of the sites that the surfer gets to enjoy with the one membership.

I'd offer up more options, but you guys already rock in my book :D

BTW - thanks for being on the radio show last night!

stuveltje 2004-02-04 11:44 AM

yep, i like more hpa and fpas to for extreme........|waves|

WicKed 2004-02-04 03:25 PM

I have started linking my galleries to FPAs and then straight to the join page so more FPAs and a join page link option would be good.........Also this option would NOT come with a cut in pay...lolol

Wazza 2004-02-04 05:56 PM

Make a big thing out of the bonus sites surfers get when they join up

I went through every single tour option of yours recently and noticed a large number of errors particularly on the signup pages - tables not right - popups on popup-free tours - un-credited traffic leaks between sites etc

Extreme John 2004-02-04 06:25 PM

GG - No problem on the show, it was all my pleasure a first for me, and anyone from Extreme would love the chance to come back in the future.

As for teh 1/2 & FPA's, this is an area we know we have been "lack luster" at best in, and plan on hitting it very hard shortly, especially in regards to the Bonus sites.

stuveltje - That makes 2 of us, + another few thousand

Wicked - the ability to link directly to "Join Pages" is planned for "Official Release" tomorrow, ssshhhh don't tell anyone (and keep in mind it's being tweaked):
http://www.extremepaychecks.com/memb...npagelinks.htm

When this is fully released tomorrow, it will offer the same pay structure as our regular program, meaning if you link to it with PPS there will be consoles, cfree would yield Console Free, and revs would yield a RevShare payout.

Wazza - We are aware of the broken Mapped images (tables) on the Join pages, we recently changed our Join forms and they are now a bit bigger which casued this issue, it's being handled but isnt currently priority #1 on the issue list, as the Join forms still work just fine. This issue may be 100% resolved by as early as Thursday.

As for the Consoles on "Console Free" tours would you happen to remember which one's so we could resolve this issue? Ive looked a few times now and still don't see that issue (the one most recently fixed in our repair log was Massive Racks), but as I said thats been resolved.

In regards to the "Un-Credited" traffic leaks between sites, do you mean on index pages or tour pages? Affiliates shouldnt be sending to Index/Warning pages, traffic to those pages would result in lost sales oppratunities in some cases, as for Tour pages (which is where affiliates send to with their links codes), would you be able to give me an example of which tours have "Traffic Leaks" to other sites of ours? It would be of great assistance if you could throw a few of those sites in my direction, or create a ticket in the ticket system so we can address these issues and have a constant record of it.

It's always important to communicate with your Sponsor, we want to make money just as much as our affiliates want to, and our affiliates success means success for us as well. Communication is the best way for all business.

P.s/ While I was typing this I had Extreme Eric check on the Console issue reported above, he was unable to find any either.

Extreme Nate 2004-02-04 06:52 PM

Taass 2004-02-05 09:53 AM

Hey John |waves|

Well, now that your asking.. :)
The one big thing i'd like you to look at is your hosting, Your pages generaly load very slow for me, and sometimes extremely slow.. I would imagine a lot of sales could be lost on that account if the surfer haven't got the patience to wait and see how awesome the sites really are.. and I guess a lot of surfers just wont wait around for that |sad|
Anyways.. that is the number one on my wishlist.. On top of that some more sites and promo content is offcourse allways welcome :)

Cheers

Extreme John 2004-02-05 10:47 AM

Taas,

I certainly agree that in some cases certain connections will be slower, the reason for this is we have certain BW allotments and priorities set for different servers, meaning that a Members area server is going to have a much higher priority in speed than a Hosted Gallery or Hosted site server, a tour server (which is new, and still being tweaked) will have more priority over a member server. So speed is a constant ongoing movement for us, but honestly certain servers are just set at a higher priority level, now if you notice slow tours than it's important to point that stuff out to us, it's best if done in a support ticket including the following information so we can see where the problem is coming from:

1) Your location
2) Which tour is slow?
3) Your IP address or a Tracert, or Ping Report

I know it seems like a lot but it often helps tackle issues in 1/2 the time.

Taass 2004-02-05 11:31 AM

As allways a quick reply.. Thanks :)

My main concern was the Tours as i haven't really used your hosted sites/galleries that much yet..

Anyways, i've postet a ticket with the info i have.. hope that helps some :)

Cheers

EclectiXXX 2004-02-05 01:21 PM

I forgot to ask when it came out in the Newsletter, and the responses here reminded me. Are the current hard coded hosted sites going away?

It will be another royal pain to have to remove them all from the various places I've used them...

milambur 2004-02-05 03:38 PM

Well I need a masterlist of all your static hosted galleries galleries, preferably with niche stated.

Greenguy 2004-02-05 03:41 PM

Yes - a master list of all the hosted galleries & free sites (as well as the sorted versions that you currently have) and the date they were added to the system would be very helpful :)

Extreme Nate 2004-02-05 05:22 PM

EclectiXXX - ( Are the current hard coded hosted sites going away? )
Yes they will be coming out of the program BUT they will still be up and running for those of you who are using them.

milambur & Greenguy - ( needing a master list of all the hosted galleries & free sites )
This is something we will be getting together very soon, dont have one yet but yes we will be making one.

Thank you for all the comments and questions

Thanks, I would have to pull a lot of links too.

Extreme John 2004-02-05 07:35 PM

Just following up on my boy Extreme Nate, actually we are currently working on the Database for the Hosted Galleries to offer Descriptions, Latest Ones added, Categories, full lists, etc. And it will ofcourse have an easy to use export tool, there's only one way to do it when you have 2000+ Hosted Galleries.

Don't worry all you Free Hosted site folks, the Free Hosted sites will also be included in the tool.

WicKed 2004-02-05 10:58 PM

SOmeone may have already said this but you should have rotating movie galleries to go along with the rotating image galleries

Extreme John 2004-02-05 11:42 PM

Wicked, nope actually no one has mentioned that, it's an excellent idea.

SomeCreep 2004-02-06 12:48 AM

John,

I was wondering if there is a way to see how many signups we got on a particular day? All I can find is accumulated sales for the period. Am I missing something?

Thanks.

heres another suggestion for ya, next time you need to hire someone to help with your sites holla at the WicKed man...|waves|

DangerDave 2004-02-06 02:38 AM

IMO the biggest priority would be better stats..

per site referers
per day stats
per day referers

Targetting some of those micro-niches sites you have would be alot easier.
