Videogames are really good. I love to play them. It's relaxing and your reactions are faster while your brain is chilling :)

When I was learning to drive I used the brake pumping technique I learned while playing Gran Turismo 3. I hit a patch of ice on a back road while going down a hill. So as the back end of the truck started slipping to one side I just instinctively started pumping the brakes, like I would in the game if I was slipping off the track while going around a turn too fast, and the truck straightened out. To this day I credit that game for helping me not crash my grandfather's truck.
